Zoological Records and Reviews (ZRR) does not charge any Article Processing Charge (APC), submission fee, or publication fee of any kind. Publishing with ZRR is entirely free for all authors, regardless of country, institutional affiliation, career stage, or funding status.

This applies to the full publication process, including manuscript submission, plagiarism screening, peer review, editorial handling, copyediting, and online publication.

As ZRR does not charge an APC, no waiver policy is applicable — the question of a fee waiver does not arise, since publication is free for every author under all circumstances.
