Zoological Records and Reviews welcomes the submission of original and high-quality manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of zoology and related biological sciences. Authors are requested to carefully follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth review and publication process.

1. Scope of the Journal
The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, short communications, and case studies in zoology, animal biology, ecology, taxonomy, evolution, and allied disciplines.

2. Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English.
  • The document should be prepared in MS Word format.
  • Use standard fonts (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt) with 1.5 or double line spacing.
  • Pages should be numbered consecutively.

Structure of the Manuscript:

  • Abstract (150–300 words)
  • Keywords (4–6 keywords)

3. Figures and Tables

  • Figures and tables should be clearly labeled and cited in the text.
  • Provide high-resolution images (JPEG/PNG formats).
  • Each table and figure must have a descriptive caption.

4. References

  • Authors should follow a consistent citation style (e.g., APA, Harvard, or journal-specific format).
  • All references cited in the text must be listed in the reference section.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all citations.

5. Ethical Guidelines

  • Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Authors must avoid plagiarism, data fabrication, and duplication.
  • Proper acknowledgment of sources is mandatory.
  • Studies involving animals must comply with ethical standards and relevant regulations.

6. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts should be submitted via the journal’s official submission system or designated email.
