Who Can Become a Reviewer
Researchers who meet one or more of the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
- Hold a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in zoology or related biological sciences
- Have an established publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Are actively engaged in research, teaching, or professional practice
- Possess subject expertise aligned with the journal’s scope
Early-career researchers with relevant expertise and publications are also welcome.
Reviewer Responsibilities
As a reviewer for Zoological Records and Reviews, you will be expected to:

Reviewers are not involved in final editorial decisions.
